Hello! My name is April Delestienne and I am the baker behind Freedom Bakery. I decided to start sharing what I make in order to help others like my son, Lenny, who have specific dietary needs or food allergies. Finding good tasting allergy free baked goods are far and few between, so I decided to make my own. Getting to the point of offering Freedom to my family required many hours of experimentation with lots of allergy free substitutions. This Freedom is something that I wish for anyone who is experiencing food allergies or who has specific dietary needs. It is my hearts delight to share Freedom Bakery with you.
